Capital's project at Exeter Road for Enfield Council Homes has recently won the London Regional Energy Efficiency & Retrofit Awards - Large Scale Project of the Year. The project has also been shortlisted in the Housing Excellence Awards for ‘Best Regeneration Scheme’ and ‘Sustainable Housing Scheme of the Year’ categories at the awards, which take place in Manchester on May 11th 2016.
The Project has also received a Commendation - in the sustainable housing scheme of the year.
