An exciting development partnership has begun construction on its first new homes in the heart of Peterborough.
Fire Safety Advice Service
Capital provide a fire safety advice service on strategic management, risk mitigation and compliance, which meets all of the requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and The Building (Amendment) Regulations 2016. Capital’s team of Building Surveyors and Structural Engineers are NEBOSH trained in fire safety and risk management and have a thorough understanding of the legislation governing fire safety.

Enabling Works Commence at Edith Neville Primary School

Capital successfully delivers the first new council houses in Brent for 30 years
Capital's Richard O'Reilly and Edward Hoccom project managed the successful delivery of the first new homes Brent Housing Partnership have built in 30 years. The keys were handed over to the families in August 2016 as part of an overall strategy to build 700 new homes in the borough.

Work Experience Placement
In August 2016 Capital Property Construction Consultants Ltd provided a three-day work experience placement for 16 year-old Khushaie Omode, who had expressed a keen interest in learning more about the property management sector. Khushaie was placed with Capital via Urban Synergy, an award winning early intervention charity that has helped over 1,000 young people between 11-18 years of age, through the delivery of mentoring programmes and role model seminars. During his three days, Khushaie visited several construction sites, took part in measured surveys and interacted with a range of different people involved with the delivery of major works projects.
