Enfield North - External Enveloping

Capital has been commissioned to undertake external envelope repairs to 8 social housing blocks located in the northern part of the London Borough of Enfield.
One of the blocks is located in a Conservation Area, requiring close liaison with Planning Officers, Conservation Area Officers, our Client and Leaseholders.
The project includes external repairs and re-decoration, window replacement, structural repairs, front door replacement, new door entry system installation, replacement of roof coverings, upgraded communal lighting and site works. One of the blocks will also feature a flat-to-pitch conversion.
