Project Services
From initial planning to project management support, we can tailor our project services to your specific needs, providing an innovative and flexible approach.
Capital is a unique business, being both Chartered Architects and Surveyors and registered members of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, both organisations who represent professionals working in the design and construction sectors in the UK and around the world. Capital is also a proud member of Association of Project Management (APM). We believe by having these skills in-house, our service offering is truly different.
We have built our business on the foundations of attention to detail and a hands-on approach. We are not your typical multi-disciplinary firm; we know our projects inside out and continually drive teams to successful outcomes. Each instruction we take on is as unique as our clients and that’s why we offer a flexible, tailored service to meet the individual needs of our clients. Whilst we offer a ‘one-stop shop’, we can also offer specific services to meet our clients’ needs.
