180 Stratford High Street - ACM & EWI Cladding Replacement Client
Capital were commissioned by Savills, on behalf of Aberdeen Standard to manage the delivery of an ACM & EWI cladding replacement scheme to 3.No blocks of resident flats at 180 Stratford High Street.
East Kent Housing - Fire Compliance Reports to 6 No. High Rise Blocks
Capital were appointed by East Kent Housing to assess the
suitability and condition of their existing Active Fire Detection and
Fire Protective Systems to 6.No high-rise blocks in Ramsgate and
Margate.
L & Q Sprinkler Programme - Design & Specification to 58 No. Care Homes
Following the successful completion of L&Q’s pilot retrofit sprinkler installation project, Capital were commissioned to undertake feasibility reports, designs and specifications to retrofit sprinklers to 58 No. Care Homes across London and the South East.
Walbrook House, Stripping of Existing HPL Cladding
Capital were appointed by Enfield Council to manage the Phase 1, stripping of the existing HPL cladding panels to Walbrook House and for providing an Option Appraisal Report in respect of the proposed design solution for reinstatement.
Adair and Hazlewood House - Cladding Replacement and External Improvements
Capital were appointed by The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (RBKC) to provide design services from RIBA Stage 2 for the re-cladding and associated works at Adair and Hazlewood Towers.
St Marys Church House & Slade Tower - Retrofit Sprinkler Project
Capital were commissioned by L&Q to design and manage their first retrofit sprinkler installation project to a sheltered housing block / resident care home (31 units) in Walthamstow and a high-rise tower block (42 units) in Leighton, East London.
Chalcots Estate – Fire Compliance Works
Capital were commissioned by the London Borough of Camden to manage the compliance process and documentation for the fire upgrade works to 5.No high blocks of flats in Swiss Cottage, North London.
Dairy Close - ACM Cladding Replacement
Capital were commissioned by London & Quadrant to manage the delivery of an ACM cladding replacement scheme to 5.No blocks of flats in Parsons Green, South West London.
Clyde & Dartmouth - ACM & Shiplap Cladding Replacement Works

Dorset and Keys House - External Enveloping
Capital were commissioned to undertake the replacement of existing cladding with external and communal repairs to two high rise blocks in Enfield.
High and Homes Towers - External Refurbishment
Capital PCC were commissioned to identify issues regarding the condition of the external fabric of two 12 storey high rise buildings known as High and Home Towers which were being refurbished by Birmingham City Council.
Midland Road - New Build Residential Development
Capital were commissioned Employers Agent and Cost Consultant Services to Medesham Homes to oversee the construction of 29 new timber framed houses.
Watling Gardens – EWI / ECO Scheme
Capital were commissioned by Brent Housing Partnership to manage the delivery of a British Gas funded Eco Scheme to 3 high rise tower blocks in Kilburn.
Enfield North - External Enveloping
Capital has been commissioned to undertake external envelope repairs to 8 social housing blocks located in the northern part of the London Borough of Enfield.
Harpley and Beatrice Tate School, School Accommodations
The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) instructed Capital to design a modular temporary accommodation for 4No. extra classrooms for special need students, adjacent to Beatrice Tate School.
Rainham Mark Grammar School - Dining Hall Extension
Capital obtained Full Planning Permission for a new purpose built Dining Hall and Kitchen Servery accommodation. Capital obtained funding through the EFA ACMF programme.
Hassenbrook Academy – New Entrance
The brief for this project was to provide a remodel and extension to provide a new main entrance for the Academy.
Kingsbury High – Window, Cladding, Roofs
Kingsbury High School is a large secondary school in North West London, with its Bacon Lane site having been constructed in circa 1950.
Central Somers Town / Edith Neville School - Development
As part of a larger Regeneration Programme, the redevelopment of the Edith Neville School is part of the brief for the Central Somers Town Master plan, developed by the London Borough of Camden.
Harrow Library Campus - Refurbishment
Capital were appointed as Project Managers to deliver a complex refurbishment of the entire Harrow Campus Library.
Exeter Road Retrofit Project - EWI / RHI
Capital were commissioned to undertake the external wall insulation project and associated works to 6No Tower Blocks.
ECO EWI Energy Efficiency Installations
Capital was commissioned to manage the installation of External Wall Insulation scheme, including replacement of roof coverings to 115 houses in Brent.
Grange Park PEP1 Expansion
The expansion of Grange Park comprised a permanent 8 classroom modular (Ecomodular) two storey building with a single storey traditionally built link, to provide a permanent 1FE expansion. The Project was delivered through the SCAPE Framework Procurement by Capital Associate John Wilkinson.
St James the Great - Library & Early Years
St James the Great Roman Catholic Primary School instructed Capital to provide solutions for a dedicated library and provide solutions to achieve a cohesive Foundation Stage Unit at the School.
Development Properties, Enfield & Hackney - Flat Conversions
Capital was commissioned to Design and Project Manage the conversion three large Victorian terrace properties in the north London Boroughs of Enfield and Hackney. The conversions were agreed with the client to suit the client's preferred occupancy numbers against their waiting lists, to maximise the rental potential income and disposal values.
Firs Farm Primary School Expansion Phase 1
The overall project scope was to expand the existing school by 1FE from the existing 2FE. The original school had been 1FE and the additional FE had been provided through temporary modular buildings. The project Architect was Associate Architect John Wilkinson
Future Classrooms
Capital was appointed by the University of Westminster (UoW) to project manage the refurbishment of 42 classrooms as part of their five year future classrooms refurbishment programme.
Highfields and Penn Campus
Capital Director, Peter was initially involved with Wolverhampton City Council in 2008 when he undertook several BSF feasibility studies.
Hassenbrook Academy Canopy
An existing timber framed canopy, with a ply deck and felt finish, was considered structurally unsound and dangerous to access the deck for maintenance. As part of re-roofing works being undertaken throughout the school it was decided to replace the existing canopy.
Fore Street Estate - External Enveloping
Capital was commissioned to undertake the external envelope repairs to 16 social housing blocks on the Fore Street Estate, Edmonton, London.
Summit House Residential Refurbishment
Capital was appointed by DR Real Estate SA to undertake a high end refurbishment of the residential flats that were contained with site boundary of Summit House. The client required the building to be stripped back to Shell and Core to provide the highest of finish.
Risk Orientated Management of Building Assets
Following the collapse of a large pre-cast balcony panel from the 13th floor of a high rise block of flats, narrowly missing a member of the public, the Council sought re-assurance that the Council’s housing stock, comprising 60 high rise and over 500 medium rise buildings, was safe and would remain so for the foreseeable future.
Whitewebbs Park Golf Club Clubhouse
Capital utilised its professionals in Building Surveying and Architecture; Condition issues were reported on by Associate Glenn Wright and Designs were developed by Associate Architect John Wilkinson.
Enfield Retrofit Scheme - ECO / RHI
Following the multi-award-winning success of the previous scheme, Exeter Road, Capital were commissioned to take on an even larger retrofit project to 8 tower blocks with ECO funded external wall insulation and associated works to two towers, a district heating project using ground source heat pump technology to four towers and an air source district heating scheme to four towers.
Eastfield Road Housing Development
Capital was commissioned to undertake a Feasibility Study to assess the development potential of the Eastfield Estate / Channel Island Site.
Cemetery Lodge Housing
Capital's design for sustainable homes in a Conservation Area in Enfield required close liaison with the Planners, the Conservation Officer and a Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor.
Grovelands Primary School
Capital have been appointed by The London Borough of Enfield to develop a scheme for a new 2FE primary school in Grovelands Park, a Grade II* listed landscape originally by Sir Humphry Repton, with later changes to create a public park by Thomas Mawson, and adjacent to a Grade I listed house by Sir John Nash.
Ten New School Roofs
Capital secured the contract to re-roof 10 schools within Hertfordshire. Additional associated works include but are not limited to the replacement of roof lights, clerestory windows, curtain walling and cladding.
Ambika P3
Capital was commissioned by the University of Westminster to prepare an RIBA Stage 1 Report to define options and refine the scope for improvements to Ambika P3 at the Universities' Marylebone Road site.
West Hendon Broadway
Capital were commissioned to design and manage the residential refurbishment of a large leasehold property above a ground floor retail unit in Barnet.
